Salon Policies
All sales and services are final. Payments and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
A $40 cancellation fee applies to any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, and to no-shows. Please arrive on time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
